Easy Mixed Mushroom Saute

Ingredients

oil and/or butter 3 Tbs

garlic (minced) 1 clove

scallion (chopped) 1

mixed mushrooms (torn or chopped) 1/2 pound

salt (to taste)

**optional**

ginger (minced) half thumb

Prep all ingredients before you start cooking.

Heat up the oil or butter over medium heat.

Add the garlic, scallions, and ginger. Saute for 1 minute.

Add the mushrooms, stir it up.

Let mushrooms cook for 5 minutes. The part touching the pan should brown. Stir it up. Let cook for 5 more minutes.

Finish with salt to taste.

Serve as a side mixed with green beans, or over rice with soy sauce, or just dive right in. You can’t go wrong.
